Science has been my main academic love for as long as I can remember. I am fascinated with the interaction between the body and the environment. I seemed to have endless curiosity as a child, and when I finally got to school, working on labs helped me answer questions, then learn to ask more questions. Throughout all of my schooling, including undergraduate and graduate studies, I have focused on science, with a particular fondness for anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and pathophysiology. These areas all tie back into the human body and how it functions, and I am endlessly fascinated by how new factors can change our reactions. While in college, my professors noticed my innate curiosity and drive, and I often drafted review guides for my peers in many of my classes. That experience showed me how rewarding teaching can be, and I now use the same tactics to create science study guides for my tutoring students. Now, I am a research assistant studying behavioral and environmental impacts on human health. I am certified to assist with professional scientific research because I have so much love for learning, and I want to share that love and curiosity with the students I tutor.
